Standard Store Operational Terms & Legal Agreement

This website is operated by Odyssey Wellness and Spa. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Odyssey Wellness and Spa. Odyssey Wellness and Spa offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing a wellness product or service from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Because our collection features specialized, precision-engineered home spa equipment, detailed product specs, pricing, and freight details are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product, design, or service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

All purchases must be paid in full prior to order processing, production, or freight scheduling, unless third-party financing options offered at checkout have been formally approved.

Due to the substantial size and structural weight of our luxury saunas, cold plunges, and hydrotherapy units, specialized delivery terms apply:

·         Delivery Scheduling: Deliveries are coordinated via specialized freight carriers. You are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access for the delivery vehicle and personnel.

·         Curbside Delivery: Unless White-Glove Installation is explicitly selected and purchased at checkout, standard delivery is curbside only.

·         Site Preparation: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring adequate electrical, plumbing, and structural foundation requirements are met prior to delivery and installation.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all freight packaging thoroughly upon arrival before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).

·         Visible Damage: Any exterior box or crate damage must be noted directly on the driver’s freight receipt.

·         Reporting Window: Concealed damage or discrepancies must be reported to Odyssey Wellness and Spa support within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence.

·         Custom & Made-to-Order Units: Custom-built saunas or bespoke spa systems are non-refundable once production has commenced. Odyssey Wellness and Spa must be notified of cancellation of custom and made to order units within 24hrs of purchase.

·         Standard Returns: Approved returns on standard inventory are subject to a standard restocking fee (up to 25%) to cover return freight inspection, repackaging, and transit costs. The customer is responsible for return freight costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, USA.
